I really like this app, but it does not display all of the apps. It leave out many bought/ free at the app store. Also, one is unable to rename the iPod app. I’d like to rename all of the ape with space, to remove the names.

Yes it can only rename apps that you download with Cydia or Installer. And yes if you have an iphone you cannot rename the iPod application, that is for many reasons that have to do with how the apps are renamed.
